Southampton once again.

We said goodbye to Denise and Bob this morning.

Our selfie!

They have a long flight home and 12 hours after they get home Denise has to get back on a plane and go to Indianapolis. Love you both. We had a great time!

Jim and I had to check in with our passports and get new cards to use on the ship this morning. We went off the ship and into the terminal to get our embarkation picture taken this morning and then back onto the ship to chill out. It was weird wandering around the ship without people on it. There were about 10 couples who were back-to back cruisers.

We found our favorite staff member, Natasha, and had a picture taken with her.

We had tickets for a luncheon today then waiting for the mandatory muster drill. It took forever today because someone didn't show up and then there was some medical emergency up on the deck somewhere. After that we went to our cabin to watch them finish loading the ship and to leave port.

It really took forever. Part of the problem was that we docked in a different port today than we had docked previously and it didn't seem to be conducive to loading the ship with the crated food. They had to load it one crate at a time using a fork lift with a cage on the front. The Captain got on the speaker and said we would be leaving at 5:00 pm rather than 4:30 due to delays. Well that 5:00 came and went and 5:30 came and went and finally about 5:36 or so they stopped loading and closed up the hatches and we left port. We also left about 20 crates of food on the dock. I'm sure some heads will roll over that issue.

Jim and I had dinner in the Tuscan Grill and then back to our room for the night. We were up early with Bob and Denise and tomorrow we're up early again to go into Bruges, Belgium. We booked a tour around the city.

As promised here is the picture of the sunset last night.

It was beautiful.

That's all for now.
