Hello from the high seas

We are at sea and will be for the next six days. Nothing but water for as far as the eye can see.

We had a good day today, but there won't be too much to post about while we are at sea. They do have many good programs and things to do as well as just chillaxing. That's my new word.

This is Jim chillaxing at the front of the ship in the Sky Lounge. Nice quiet place to read and see the view out the front of the ship.

One of the interesting programs this afternoon was a presentation about the history of crossing the Atlantic. It was very interesting and we enjoyed it a lot.

Tonight was what we use to call formal night, now it's called chic night.... whatever. So we dressed up and had a nice dinner in the Tuscan specialty restaurant. This restaurant is at the back of the ship and we watched a nice sunset. The show tonight was a take off of the Rock of Ages show, lots of rock n' roll songs with dancing and singing. It was enjoyable and I was surprised that all the old people seemed to enjoy it as well. Needless to say that the ship is filled with older adults. Very few children.

There is a channel on the ship TV that shows our location and this is where we are tonight. We're the red arrow in the circle.

Tomorrow there are more interesting programs and we have excursion information for our new stop in Le Harve, France.

Until tomorrow.
