Fun day at sea - day three

What a fun day today!

Our day began with cooking class in the Qsine restaurant. There were six couples and one additional lady and we were given aprons and chef hats. What fun!



We basically fixed our own lunch. Our appetizer was Disco Shrimp and a fried goat cheese salad. I got to mix up the sauce for the Disco Shrimp.

Our main course was a hamburger slider and taco. Jim was in a race with another participant to shred cheese. We had lots of laughs!

We ended our lunch by decorating our own cupcakes. This was the first time they did cooking classes on the ship and I think it was a great success, for us and for Celebrity.

The Not Really Three Tenors sang again for the show tonight. They were suppose to get off the ship in Bermuda and go on another ship to sing. Well needless to say because we didn't go to Bermuda they got stuck on our ship with us. They did have other songs prepared so we got to enjoy them again. 

We did hit some interesting waves today as we are going around the storm that kept us away from Bermuda. Very minimal considering what we could have gotten into had we gone there, but nevertheless a little rougher than previous days.

Tonight was another fun thing. Jim and I were chosen to play in The Wedding Games.

Three couples were chosen from a hat to play. First the guys went out of the room and we were asked two questions and had to perform a task. The questions were what was an annoying thing our husbands did and what movie was our sex life most like. The annoying thing was talking about his watch and the movie was Saturday Night Fever. We also had to sing a song and the audience voted on who was best. I won that one. Jim got all the answers right.

Next the ladies were escorted out of the room and the men were asked questions. What was the sign that they wanted to fool around and who was the one of my relatives he wouldn't want to go on vacation with. Then they had to get a quarter in a bucket without using their hands. I got the first question wrong and the second question right...but I'm not telling who the relative was.  Hahaha.

Jim and I won the game!  Here is a picture of our winnings.

A bottle of champagne, a tote bag, an apron (another apron) and a certificate for a free dinner in one of the specialty restaurants. Such fun!!

Here's where our ship is now. We are almost half way across the Atlantic.
